I don't know what's the fuss about people leaving poor reviews . Just stayed 4day3night 2nd week of Dec. Word of caution* hotel need to deposit 2000bhat before they give you the key card, so be sure to bring more money, the deposit will only return when you check out* It's has decent hotel lobby, pools, breakfast. Everything works as well, stayed on 4th floor. Shower heater works and also washing sink has heater. Everything good except room has strong herb aroma smell in the room, you probably get used to it after 5-10mins. Has balcony which is great for smokers. Aircon is cold even tho it can get tat loud. Price is affordable too, 4 day 3 night for 210SGD. Overall solid 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Less one star to the house keeping, as vacation traveller, we don't pack tooth brush. Room service did not bother to provide next 3 days.

Would give no stars if we could. We own a business in Phuket and my Wife & I decided to stay here while visiting. Our business partner was robbed and pushed to the ground injuring herself. When arriving at reception absolutely distraught we asked reception if she could visit our room for a coffee and support. Reception informed us it was against their policy for a married couple to have room visitors and even for just a minute in our room they would charge 1000 Baht or they'd call the police. We observed many men during our stay taking many ladies through reception up to their rooms which obviously is hotel policy. We will never stay here again as we and our business partner who was in tears and bleeding. had o deal with this situation in the hotel lobby with no assistance offered by hotel reception at all.

Bang for the buck place, great rooms, great service with friendly staff and a good breakfast restaurant (didn’t get to try other meals but I’m sure they’re just as good). We booked twin bed deluxe room and it had a small balcony with seats overlooking the pool and a bit restricted view of the hills in the region. Everything in the room was clean and functional and we didn’t have to bother calling reception for anything. The staff kept the room neat and tidy every single day. Room service is quick. The place is near popular hotspots like the Bangla street and Patong beach, and there are quite a few nice restaurants and 7-11s around the corner and within 1-2 km radius. There’s someone in the corner of reception area who can help book day tours to popular destinations which we found were much better deals than the one you find in Klook. She helped with arranging tours to James Bond Island, Big Buddha, Old Town and even a boat ride to our next hotel in Krabi. Would recommend approaching her and checking out the best deals. Would def be looking into booking this again in the future. Thanks to the La Vintage staff and crew! One FYI: we booked via Agoda and paid full price but there is also a refundable deposit of 2000 THB that needs to be paid at the reception when checking in. KEEP THE RECEIPT. We got the full refund without any fuss when we checked out.

My daughter spoiled their lcd tv, they charged for 13,000 baht for replace a new 1, and that’s a new tv price. And see this is the actual price for a new tv that you can get from lotus thailand. I’m ok to pay for new tv replacement; but not with price 3 times higher market price! I would say that’s unfaithful / dishonest hotel.

I stay there to work remotely. They gave me room with balcony and good view. I found that the Wifi was bad, complained them. They brought router to my room. The problem was solved. Also take note that there is no soundproofing between rooms. My earplugs did not help me when my neighbours were talking. The direct way to the beach is narrow between buildings. Staff is nice and tried to help me. There is a good restaurant around the corner.
